Thanks for sharing the flamingo story. It's so sweet. I kind of want to find out how flamingos produce milk in their throats, but I also don't.

A lot of birds produce "milk" for their young...it's usually partially-digested whatever-that-kind-of-bird-eats. It's not MILK-milk, which is unique to mammals (and comes from modified sweat glands, yes that's right, you're dipping your cookies in boob-sweat from a cow).
