* This (Dr. Mom gets two thumbs up from me).
* Making this a lot.
* Sleep.
* Garden, garden, garden (it's good exercise, it's soothing, AND it creates food which helps address a lot of my anxiety about how we'll eat this summer if Temp Agency #1 doesn't have anything for me after PseudoCorp).
* Cordyceps sinensis (yep, could be total woo, but the endocrinologist who suggested it to me tracked my p.m. cortisol with labwork and if it didn't make a huge difference that was one helluva coincidence/placebo effect).
* No sugar. Very few white carbs.
* No stress. I just refuse. Everything is wonderful and fine here, and I'm going to keep saying it until it is true, god dammit.

"Say Good morning... to everyone you pass, even in an elevator"

I've been subscribing to Dr. Mom's prescription too and it's working miracles. Facebook and Twitter can suck it.

I know you make water kefir; do you make or drink kombucha? I'm wonderign what your opinion of it is, both taste and health wise.

I have never tried kombucha. It does not appeal to me, largely because it is fungus-based. Yes, water kefir has fungi, but mostly bacteria...kombucha you just hear about the fungi and the need for the right ph for it to be safe and this may be just me and my penicillin allergy and my limited microbiology skills, but...ehhhh. NakedJen is one to talk to if you have kombucha questions :)

It's actually the description of it being vinegary that puts me off, as well as the mother floating in it making me think of vinegar. I kind of figured you'd know someone who knew about it, if nothing else.
