Total warm fuzzy from the tip jar, y'all. People threw in enough to cover the three dollars that was threatening to ruin July PLUS a quart of motor oil (which was vital because the MFA Minivan is hemorrhaging the stuff and will evidently continue to do so until I come up with the $400 for the further repairs...stupid gonna-make-me-be-toothless-even-longer piece of crap ARSEHOLE motherfucking minivan...), milk, bread, and cereal. Avoiding that overdraft means at least not starting the next pay period in the hole, and the quart of oil means it's safe for me to keep going to work. Also food is nice! Seriously though, my blog-readers bailed my arse out big-time and that is making me smile despite the not-so-much.
The not-so-much being that...well, I can't say EXACTLY what is going on because it has to do with Hotter's People so I'll just say IN GENERAL TERMS that when Hotter and I got married and moved in together it was with the understanding that A Certain Party was Not Welcome Here, and he said that was fine, he understood, and then I made him repeat it back to me like, eleventy-million times to make sure we understood each other and he was all "OKAY, I GOT IT, JESUS." Fast-forward to yesterday, right after I hang up the phone with Weekend Warrior Job, having agreed to work the weekend of the 24th: "Oh guess what, X is coming to visit the weekend of the 24th and bringing A Certain Party with them--" and then after I spat his head back out again he said he'd fix it. This morning, I got home from work to "I know you're not thrilled with this but DON'T WORRY, I'm going to tell X that if A Certain Party isn't on their VERY BEST BEHAVIOR they WON'T BE WELCOMED BACK!" So I still have the Scary Eyes Of Killing Rage but he says he's going to make a phone call. WE'LL SEE.
And how are all of YOU?

I do NOT understand the lack of comprehension (stupidest sentence on the planet, but you know what I mean...)
We sometimes have the same exact nonsense happen in our house and it makes me want to tape record every conversation.

Smiles are good, especially when facing the not-so-much ... good luck with it all!

I have that in-law situation, except that they tend to invite themselves...
